Stressed to the Max: Surviving the Market Without Losing Your Mind

We're living in such strange times where no one is stress free. There's always some sort of stress in everyone mind even those who have everything in life are taking some sort of as if it's normal now.

I blame that on how our human mind is built, the way it thinks all the time nonstop only adds more to stress about.

For me being in this crypto space is like living a life on edge, always in stress and never in peace. I've been trying not to take stress but I can't help with it.

The Stress I've had From Crypto

This year has been a hell for everyone who's in crypto, We've underperformed Gold, stocks and everything known to mankind.

Not a single month where everything was upside and never down.

infinite amount of selling despite of all the good news we've got throughout this year. Even yesterday after fomc it should've gone up but market is all down including the altcoins I've been holding

Are completely going to zero and all I can think about is how did I end up here in that position.

So yea, the stress I'm dealing is constantly becoming more and more worst every single passing day.

You know what's more worst? Seeing crypto entirely underperform

Every stocks and everything else in the most bullish year known to the mankind. Like c'mon, do something it's not even fun anymore.

I've got bills to pay, I've got dreams to accomplish while the time is running out and my dogecoin isn't doing 100% up in a day

Like those stocks so I'm taking stress and it is getting ugly now to the point where doctor told me

I'm getting mouth blisters

Just because of stress as per the doctor's so I can't just control my mind like there's no button where I can shut it off.

It's something built and wired in this nervous system and it feels awkward when you're not taking stress.

it's always thinking about something and picturing the scenarios that could've been better.

In my early twenties and the hair turning white, while hairfall on the side is even worse.

Imagine not just losing pnl in crypto but also the hairline. Why would retail even buy our coin when it comes with hair loss, portfolio extinction.

For the sole purpose of decentralisation? Nah, they can make insane gains from stocks, no one needs decentralisation anymore.

But I guess there won't be any stress once we witness the promised altcoins season, it's the only solution for every problem.

Anyways, nothing in this life is permanent but somehow stress is constant and I wanna know how it feels to live a life without it.

I guess it was only possible when we were kids and didn't had to worry about the future, career and all.
