No Books, No Notes, No Problem: My Smart Path to College Success

Back in the day I heard colleges used to be fun when I was kid in some school but after growing up when I was in college I realised nothing about it is fun like I thought.

The rules used to be absurd and everything about college was pretty much worst that I realised why so many people dropout.

But I was one of those students who made my own rules and did what I always knew is going to work well in the end.

When I was regular student but also had to do job

This college I was studying had rule to have at least 60% attendance in a year and I never went above 40% ever since 8th grade if I remember correctly.

I always used to play smart as a student like instead of going entire week I'd only go on Tues, wed, Thurs.

Fri, sat, sun and Mon was my day off from college and I didn't cared enough about what they say "bring your assignments etc" cause I had this one homie who used to do those.

I never made notes because it's childish to make notes and such thing when you're in college

And I also didn't spent a single money on purchasing books and copies/practicals (it's something that make sense to do in 80s or 90s)

Everything is on internet these days

And I never had to stress about "oh how I'm going to prepare for my final exams" kind of shit most students deal with throughout the year.

The fact that I had enough stress of my job I didn't cared what could possibly go wrong in college.

Paid fines couple of times like "not showing up regularly" etc. "bringing mobile in the college" like what the heck it's not allowed but let me do my Job when I'm not taking class.

I always did my research on internet and covered those topics within an hour or so.

This is how I got 80% marks in college

I remember giving some money to homie for doing my assignments and practicals while I was in college.

Haven't bought a single book, no notes، never been regular and just had past papers on internet which was enough to get the perfect score.

I've seen my classmates spending money on tutors etc but the only time I got tuition was back when my mom had no time that was just one year in my 6th grade.

My teacher did supported when I needed most

Most of the time college was harsh with those rules like "60%" attendance and I wasn't even at 40%

But I already told my teacher that I'm not able to come everyday cuz I'm doing job

And said I'll do follow up my syllabus which will be enough to get passing marks.. he did understand my situation and let me do my thing without pressure, I had sort of more freedom than other students

This exactly became the reason why I got such marks and easily did my college years.

Wrapping Up...

We got education system that restrict students from being creative in their own way by applying rules all the time

Letting students do somethings their own way doesn't make them look stupid but when teacher thinks they're being lazy, it's actually being smart and it always have those positive outcomes in the end when you do it smartly.

Anyways, our education system is much more complicated and difficult to understand.. I tried to make it simple for myself and turned out good and I guess that's what every student do. What do you think about it? do share your thoughts in the comments.

Ehhh, it's like you got chilling college life. Not giving your all but just doing what's necessary. Back in my days I struggle a lot. Some prof is kinda a terror and they'll give you Fail if you didn't comply. The only fun time during college is when I get the chance to spend time with my friends.
