In this era everyone use social media daily in their life and post about everyday life once in a while to see how people will react and just for personal satisfaction that you're also sharing your opinion and life on internet

There's a lot of haters and abusers on social media platforms and we encounter with them almost everyday

These haters and abusers or even racist on social media deal with the consequences at the time when they're giving an interview and employer ask you to give social handles

Some people will say it's breach of privacy and shouldn't be a norm to see social handles of respective candidates trying to get job but I believe it's one of the smartest thing

The Role of Social Media in Getting Employed

Social media is one thing that helps you find jobs and later you get interviewed by someone and at that stage when someone asks you to share social media profiles with them

It makes sense because social media reflects traits of your life, personality and mindset

The way you think and treat people on internet tells a lot about how you'll deal with the clients and other coworkers in the company.

Nowadays people think it is cool to hate this and that thing or person on the internet, it's a normal thing to abuse someone on internet

It's not cool or good everyone knows thats why one thing you'll notice is that these people usually do all this from fake or alt accounts, so they don't get caught up by their family, relatives and colleagues.

I've seen some people on social media platforms like X or insta where they share negative thoughts, they're supporting what's illegal or isn't normal to say on internet getting called out every now and then

But some people dig where they work, what they do, where they live and find real life connections all from their social media account and than mention them to make those employers, relative or family members aware of that internet person doing.

And I've seen this way people lost jobs because they shared some opinion on the internet that goes against the humanity and even worse.

So yeah your life on social media matters a lot and those companies who ask for socials are doing great and it should be like that cause one person action on internet can cost entire company a lot of fortune.
