Eating Without Labels: The Freedom of Enjoying Both Meat and Veggies

But now we've made living complicated by bringing discussions like I'm vegan, you're no vegan so don't eat infront of me etc etc.
People are just so sensitive now compared to back then but also if you've noticed this generation is weak compared to past one's.
I've never seen a plant complaining about animals eating them as food even though scientists believe when we cut a plant they scream and can feel it because they're also like living.. so we should definitely lodge a complaint against the cow or whatever animal eating plants.
It's just normal food cycle and people have their own choice wether they want to eat veg, meat or fruit as lunch, dinner or breakfast in everyday life.
I identify myself as an Omnivore
In a world where can identify as anything or creature I choose to identify myself as an Omnivore and it's normal because I can eat meat and vegetables without making a fuss about anything.
So, I'm a human who knows survival is by eating healthy food and nutrients or proteins are found in both vegetables and meat.
Since I'm an Asian I've spent my life living together with the family and our culture says we eat together with the family and whatever the food that is cooked at home
I simply eat it and can tell you that food is always better than any restaurants or fast food.
The balanced Diet: Meat and Vegetables
I keep things balanced and diet is one of important things that matters for a healthy life.
I do have favourite dishes that includes both veg and non veg. Mostly I love to eat food that's cooked by my mom and she always asks everyone in family to recommend what they want to eat today

And mostly the answer is whatever you like or want to cook today.. other than that my response is daal chawal.. ain't no veg or meat comes closer to that dish.
But then biryani has a separate place in my heart with some raita on top makes it a perfect combination of meat and veg together.
So it's like both protein and other nutrients in the same food you're eating.. it's more healthy than whatever the junk food is out there.
Don't make life so complicated
People have seriously made their life complicated by engaging themselves in discussions like you can't eat veg or meat
Doesn't make sense at all to have this conversation with anyone.. because it's your choice to eat whatever you want

Just try not to eat some bat like thing that develops a virus and than the whole world is in the lockdown.
There's definitely a boundary of what kinda animals you can eat.. it's in religion as well as community/country guidelines so going against those just proves that you're not doing the right thing.
Wrapping Up...
In the end we just need a healthy diet for a healthy life.. doesn't matter if it comes from veg or meat, I can consume both in everyday life and be grateful for it.
Ain't have time to involve in some twenty first century trend about what should we eat or not.
