Do Good, Expect Zero: My Unbreakable Motto for a Drama-Free Life

Everyone lives by their own principles either taught by parents or while growing up they figure things out by their own and we live by those principles knowing that it is the right thing to do

We have been taught a lot of things but we have learned most of the stuff by our own, by living through it and in practical life

There's all sort of people who knows how to exploit others and use for their own benefits, people who can harm others and so on.

I've my personal motto in this life

I've made it simple for myself and that's because I live by my own personal motto and haven't really find it difficult to live by it.

And that motto is simple, do good and expect nothing from anyone because the moment you'll be expecting something that's where it goes downhill.

I know when I'm doing something good for someone, I won't be expecting the same behaviour from that other person.

People do respect when you offer help or are kind to them but doesn't mean they won't turn against you in the future or take advantage of you being good to them?

When you expect nothing, the chances of getting played are low but still not zero. I'm that kind of I don't give a damn if someone is doing something

That won't bother me cause I know my intentions are good and someone behaviour can't change it.

Everyone should live by their own principles and I've made those simple for myself, don't take someone's favour like not even for a minute. I've been independent all my life and that has helped me become better and do things by my own.

You'll never find me doing this

I'd never be in someone personal DM asking for help, haven't even learnt to ask my parents for anything so asking anyone is another thing

I believe spending money should be on spot when it's needed rather than holding back.

Taking loans is something I'd never consider in this life, you're supposed to be liquid enough to spend daily for basic needs and for whatever purchase you're about to make you should be liquid enough to afford it without going for the loans.

I never cared enough to talk about someone on their behind, like talking about someone personal life isn't something that ever comes to my mind.

While there are people who always want gossips and stuff I somehow find it peaceful to know less about things.

As the tame impala says "the less I know the better" so the more less unnecessary things I know or pay attention to, the better and smoother life gets.
