Closing Shift Nightmares and Meme Therapy: A Sleep-Deprived Saga

Yet another Sunday without complete sleep even though I slept at 8am and woke up at 4:50pm yet I was feeling too sleepy

at this point I've realised closing team is more like walking zombies and night sleep is something much better than day sleep.

But anyways we'll talk about it further ahead in this blog and we also have new memes for this weekend so let's begin with that first.

Knock and Run used to be fun

Rumors had it the people who drunk and drive are those beloved kids who once knocked the neighbours door or bell

And ran right after doing that evil thing, I did that a lot

Like we had a whole team a bunch of friends in neighborhood and we used to target a random house

Just when there was a power outage I used to put tape on the bell and the moment power was back almost half of the neighborhood used to ring like an alarm or something.

Not just one house but almost the entire street bells ringing at the same time and used to be Hella fun.

Nowadays kid don't get to have this kind of fun cause we don't have power outages like that anymore as well as kids are busy with their devices or SmartPhones.

Never leave clothes on the chair

I remember this one time being alone at home but that was in the hometown which is in the middle of woods and I had like no neighbours at that time

So it was more like a ghost town where I'm only human spending night alone

Which was a bad idea cause everything felt like taking breathe and staring back at me

Saw the clothes on the chair and almost had a heartache cause it was real and from that day till now I always place the chair outta room cause I've this habit of throwing clothes on the chair so when I do now it's outside my room.

This year isn't that bad

I know some of people who'll say this year isn't bad at all and it's pretty good compared to the previous one but in reality this has been far worst than last two years

In my case this year has been like this in the meme

Blew off my head and all I'm left with is the pieces of body starring into the oblivion thinking what else could go wrong in the remaining part of the year.

All the PTSD I've is insane and I'm just gaslighting myself into thinking that's all right.

Closing Team Hates this one trick

I was working in the opening team for quite some months and now they've put me in the closing team

It's like the first week and my routine is fucked like I have zero social life like literally can't even talk to my mom even though we live in the same house

Haven't talked to family members, haven't went anywhere other than work to home, home to work

And when the customer walks in at right before we're about to close

It just piss me off like there's nothing worse than seeing them walk in right when it's time to say fuck I'm out.

I guess everyone in the restaurant field can relate to this one thing.
