Making a two pieces for traditional marriage
Good evening my needle work lovers, it is of great pleasure to say hi to this lovely community, I so much missed everyone and mostly I missed reading all your post and also contributing my own quota. But I am here today to show you all how I mad this lovely dress for a friends traditional marriage coming up this saturday Please read through and share your comment.

I will be starting with the cutting of the materials after measurement with my desired measurements. I had to cut it using a full measurement, I did not want to cut the Masterials using a double measurement. I just did a full flare measurement to remove the neck and also the back and front side.
Now I went into cutting the short trousers as well. This is four I will be joining it together both the back side and the front side, the hips and the length with the waist as well.
This is the next I will cut out small piece so that I can use for the neck flap. The materials was not much so I had to manage the material. I did not want to stay away from the occasion I was suppose to go so I had to manage.
This is for the neck flapping.i will join it together as I will be turning i will join the second one.
So this is the outcome after turning the neck flap. I was able to turn it very well and to God be the glory it came out well.
At this point I decided to join the both side of the material and leaving a two spaces at the down side so that I can fixed the robes.
Now this is the robes I will be fixing so that this top will have a different shade after making it.
So at this point I and done with the top both the hand and the joining of everything necessary for the top. I will now go back to the short and work on it.
I will join the both sides of the short together. At the point I was tired I could not snap all the pictures if not you would have seen where I put the elastic on the waist side. I did a finishing touching then I completed my work and my cloth is ready.
Now I can proudly say that I will attend my friends traditional marriage on saturday which is next tomorrow.
Thanks all for your patience and time of going through my little post.
