Team Download any day, any time

One amazing thing about life is how we are all wired differently. What you disagree with or do not like might be what the next person adores and when they give reasons why they adore them, you just can’t help but be surprised, yeah that’s life for you, very mysterious and unpredictable.

When it comes to movies, music, and games -- YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, or even gaming platforms -- do you prefer to stream on demand or downloading for offline access?

I am team download and by download, I’m referring to downloading movies on Netflix. While I stream once in a while, I love to download my movies on Netflix.

For me, watching a movie isn’t something I do every time so when I decide to watch a movie I do it intentionally. One of the major reasons why you’d see me watching a movie is to relax and escape from whatever is happening in the world, Hehehhe when I am done with my movie I can catch up with the rest of the world.

Half the time I am watching a movie my room would always be dark because I need to create the cinema effect y’all😂😂 what’s watching a movie without feeling all comfy and experiencing the cinema effect? So when I make all these preparations there’s no way I am getting distracted with constant pop-up notifications, hell No! No one or anything is gonna ruin my plans.

My attempt to escape from this world wouldn’t be possible if I were distracted by constant notifications. So once I am ready for my Netflix and chills, I turn off my data hence my sticking to downloading and not streaming. Streaming is cool but it doesn’t work for me all the time.

I watch movies a lot when I travel and I travel a lot, streaming doesn’t cut it for me as the network might be terrible during the journey and I can’t risk it.

I understand that downloading can occupy space but for me, space isn’t my problem as I always get a phone with a lot of memory space as I have had my fair share of low memory space and there’s no way I am going down that path again, Never!
I can download as many movies on Netflix as I want and delete them right after watching them and my phone memory space would still be fine, hence team download🥰

While I have sufficient memory pace my battery always betrays me. It doesn’t cooperate with me and it screws me up every time, turns out you can’t have it all.
Streaming usually drains my phone battery as some of the movies I watch can last for an hour plus. With the movie playing and other activities running in the background, my phone battery is bound to drain faster. I can’t be constantly checking my phone battery while watching an interesting movie as that would ruin everything for me.
