My entry for Splinterlands Art Contest Week 363 | Halfling Refugee made with foami clay. [ENG] [ESP]

Hello!! @diyhub family, lovers of art and crafts. Today I will teach you how to make Halfling Refugee from the @splinterlands saga using moldable foam (foam clay). I hope you like the creation, the entire community in general, and I am super happy to present my experience with this flexible material. Join me! 🤗

Next I will show you step by step the realization of my work. To start with, I will mention all the materials used:

What is the play-to-earn game Splinterlands?

It is a blockchain-based collectible card game (Play-to-Earn/P2E) where players can earn cryptocurrency and token rewards while playing.

If you enjoy card games and cryptocurrencies, "Splinterlands" is a great way to earn while having fun. Personally, I enjoy it even more by creating custom artwork of the card characters.

¿Qué es el juego play2earn Splinterlands?

Es un juego de cartas coleccionables blockchain del tipo Play-to-Earn (P2E), donde los jugadores pueden ganar recompensas en criptomonedas y tokens mientras juegan.

Si te gustan los juegos de cartas y las criptomonedas, "Splinterlands" es una buena opción para ganar mientras te diviertes. Por mi parte lo disfruto más creando arte personalizado de los personajes de cartas.

Since the Chaos Empire conquered Praeotria, the land has seen a refugee crisis the likes of which it has never before known. With major cities and smaller villages alike torn apart by war, famine, and disease, very few sanctuaries remain.

In the Great Lowlands, many of these refugees travel to Fireboro, where the republic's former chancellor and those loyal to him have established safe havens for those who lost their homes to the empire. Among ther are the Republic of Fireboro's Praetorian halflings, whose shires were mostly destroyed by the legions of Chaos. They remain defiant, yet it's hard to keep fighting the good fight when you've lost everything you hold dear.

Desde que el Imperio del Caos conquistó Praeotria, la tierra ha experimentado una crisis de refugiados como nunca antes se había conocido. Con las principales ciudades y pequeñas aldeas destrozadas por la guerra, el hambre y las enfermedades, muy pocos santuarios permanecen.

En las Grandes Llanuras, muchos de estos refugiados viajan a Fireboro, donde el ex canciller de la república y aquellos leales a él han establecido refugios seguros para quienes perdieron sus hogares a manos del imperio. Entre ellos se encuentran los medianos pretorianos de la República de Fireboro, cuyas comarcas fueron mayormente destruidas por las legiones del Caos. Permanecen desafiantes, aunque es difícil continuar luchando por la buena causa cuando has perdido todo lo que aprecias.

In the initial phase, I start by taking a portion of clay in beige color for the development of the body. Then, with his hands he molded them into a ball shape, giving them a curious finish.

En la fase inicial, comienzo tomando una porción de arcilla en color beige para el desarrollo del cuerpo. Luego, con las manos moldeó en forma de bola, dándoles una terminación curiosa.

Next, I will develop the parts of the movement in the animated character: its head, its ears, its legs, the dress, the hood, the cane, the hair, and its arms, always giving my best.

Seguidamente, desarrollo las partes del movimiento en el animado, su cabeza, sus orejas, sus patas, el vestido, la capucha, el bastón, el cabello y sus brazos, siempre dando lo mejor de mi.

Finally, we apply the final touches to its face, position the cane and eyes, using violet, black, and white for the highlights. This design is a bit more complex, as the parts are smaller when it comes to shaping.

Creating this character in foam clay was so much fun, everyone! The vibrant colors made it truly spectacular, and the Kawaii version gives her such a cute and charming appearance.

Ya por último, realizamos los retoques finales en su cara, colocación del bastón y ojos, utilizando los colores violeta, negro y blanco para el brillo. Este diseño es un poco más complejo, pues son más pequeñas las partes a la hora de moldear.

Crear este personaje en foami clay fue muy divertido familia, porque su complicidad en cuanto a colores vivos era espectacular, presenta una bonita apariencia en cuanto a la versión Kawaii.

It should be noted that this design was sought in the Splinterlands community; but the realization are made by me, with dedication to look more beautiful in the home or bedroom, I will return with new ideas to share with you, see you soon and excellent week.
