Yarn Magic; My Crochet Journey So Far

Hello there my lovely hivers!!!

My sister had a lot of yarn in our cabinet and since then she always makes different things using yarns, and I find it so cute. That made me inspired to make a top, it was my first project that makes and it's not that perfect there were gaps and the yarn was tangled. But it takes more than 1 day when I finish it. My friends loved it and so am I.

I've shared some of the projects here and now for today's it's all about my recent projects that I made. It's one of my hobbies these days and I find comfort while making these. Every time, I will open my tiktok app, a different project of crochet will pop up on my fyp. That made me inspired to copy their work, and I don't have a problem with yarns since my sister had a lot of stocks of different yarns.

After the quake hit the northern Cebu, the only thing that I enjoyed making was this crochet thing. I keep searching in youtube some crochet ideas and these cute mini octopus caught my attention. It was just easy to make and it's good for beginners like me. I just knew how to read this pattern in crocheting and its life changing for me and its way more easier.

These are the abbreviations for each pattern on this:

MAGIC RING
SINGLE CROCHET
INCREASE(which means 2 single crochet)
DECREASE
SLIP STITCH

R1: MR 6sc, sl st
R2: chain 1, 6 inc, sl st
R3: chain 1, (sc, inc)x6, sl st
R4-7: chain 1, 18 sc, sl st R8: chain 1, (sc, dec)x6, sl st
R9: Front loop only: (3 hdc, chain 1, sl st) x6

For the Leaves

R1: MR 5sc, sl st
R2: (chain 3, sl st, sc, sl st) x6

You can choose different colors on what you want to.

I made two of these for my friends we were 4 in our group except for me. And I still need to make 2 more.

This is another cutie patotie yarn that I made. I just saw it in youtube. I didn't expect it to be big but it depends on what yarn you should use. I will just make another blog on how to do this kind of bear crochet.

This is the tops that I made for the past few days!!!!

First was this bandana on the bottom and a bra on the top. I was only planning to make a bandana since I remember my grade 12 days when I made a bandana in our classroom and it looks really ugly and now that I already know how to read I think I can do better. This was the result of this top that I made.
