Simple Yet Flavorful Mushroom Recipe

Hello there my lovely hivers!!!! I hope you're all doing well.

This happened way back September 7, my father found mushrooms in our backyard and he gave it to me so I can't clean it since it's one of his favorite foods. Since then I didn't know what it tastes like and I'm not curious. Every time I saw a mushroom, I would perceive it as bitter and it's not delicious.

My father found a few pieces of mushrooms, and I shared to him that our neighbor offered me a bunch of mushrooms and he was really happy knowing that he could eat a lot of his favorite food.

I slice/strip each mushroom one by one, to easily eat it. It's just soft so it's just easy to strip it.

This is how we cook our mushroom, first sauté the aromatics.

Then add the whole mushrooms on the pan, and just mix it until it absorbs the water and the aromas. Then add the seasonings, salt, Ajinomoto and the magic sarap.

My mother gets some chili in our neighborhood since it's delicious if it has some kick in your mouth.

While waiting for the food to cook, my sister made me a sandwich.
