I've found that taking breaks, breathing deeply, and going for a walk or just getting outside helps so much too.

Oh for sure! Being outside is such an important thing because it also exposes us to natural ultraviolet radiation which is such a crucial part of our electric and biological processes! I'm glad that you go outside, as sadly people don't do it as often as they should!
