Preparation for my Cousin and Auntie's Birthday
Hello there my lovely hivers!!!

They prepared a lumpia this a famous dish in the Philippines. The ground pork is covered with a lumpia wrapper. The ground pork was mixed with carrots, onion and garlic and it was cooked first before wrapping it.

To close the lumpia wrapper we placed water in the plate so it's easier for us to close it.

They also cooked a famous Filipino dish which is this letchon belly and its head. Since they were budgeting their money so they just bought this belly and the head.

These are some lumpia wrappers that were done. It's just easy to wrap the lumpia and I just learned it by watching my mom.

This one big pan they cooked pork in here. The food that we cooked will be our dinner for today.

The dessert that I really love was this, biko this is my grandma's specialty. The ingredients of this were glutinous rice, water, coconut milk, brown sugar and salt also the important ingredients were the lemon.
Every birthday of them, July 22 they always had a feast. My auntie who lived in Canada would send money to my grandma.
