Our Preparation: First Fiesta Celebration for Sta. Filomena

Hello there my lovely hivers!!!!!

In every town of the philippines, there's a feast to celebrate for the saint and ahead of the week my father planned to celebrate the fiesta of Sta. Filomena and this was the first time we had a feast. We were so happy that my father announced to us, then my sister and I planned to buy a tray of foods and our budget was P4000. It's just a small amount for you but having this money was our hard earned money in hive. My plan was to use my money here on hive to my tuition but there were important things I needed to spend my money on. Since it's our first time to celebrate we didn't know how much the exact money we should be spending on.

Before the day of the fiesta, we started to clean our second house. We had decided that we would be celebrating the feast here. My parents went to bogo to buy some seasonings and the needed things to cook some dishes. My mother wanted to make a dessert and she had an option a mango graham or the salad we preferably chose the salad. My mom had a P600 budget for the salad and my sister just added some money to it.

We had just a small space here in our second house so we cleaned our terrace since this is where we put our foods. We had a big table in our old house and my father got it using our vehicle.

My sister also bought a wall sticker since our ref looks so old but it worked well the only problem was how it looked. The shade of this wallpaper was white and it looks perfect on our ref. We had a hard time to stick this on our ref but I didn't give up. I found the best way to stick this, I just cut it out and stuck another wallpaper.

The funny part was that my sister planned to skirt this long table of ours but it turned out she didn't buy a thumbtacks and it's the first step you should put into the curtain.l
