Hello there my lovely hivers!!!

As I've said on my previous blog, I do love to cook and now that I have some time, I decided to cook spinach. Our regular customer buys spinach and she's our neighbor. While I was playing a rubber band at my grandma's house, she shouted my name and told me that she wanted to buy some water spinach. So i ran towards her and got the money and the basin.

She just wanted to buy a 1 kilo of spinach and when I put it in the scale it was more than 1 kilo so I took the extra and I remembered that I really wanted to cook some water spinach. I then bought soy sauce at the sari sari store and prepared the ingredients.

First, I fried the egg and the pork to make the water spinach tasty. The pork that I used was our leftover lechon from the fiesta at our place. To make it more yummy, I mixed it with the stir fry spinach.

Second was to saute the garlic and onion and then put the spinach and I was thinking if I would put water on it and my mom said it's not important since the spinach itself has water.

I took a selfie while cooking this dish to serve as proof that I was the one who cooks it.

When the spinach gets wilt, I then add a soy sauce and the mama sitas. To make it more tastier.

Then add a pinch of salt and this magic sarap.

Charaan!!! Looks so delicious right??? This stir fry spinach was really the best. Because of this dish, I ate a lot of rice.
