Balancing Exams and Art: My Prelim Week Journey

Hello there my lovely hivers!!!!

This happened last week, we had an examination in our p.e and I stayed up all night to study for our examination. So I can ensure my score in our exam, that I would pass. I came early to our campus, to study since we had 2 hours vacant. It's the second building of our school which is Maxwell, and this is our p.e room and it's located on the 4th floor.

We spend our time on the 3rd floor, since it has a big space and we can charge our phone and it's breezy. My classmates were so busy practicing for our performance and I couldn't focus because of the loud noise. When it's already 5:00 pm we already went to the 4th floor and while heading to the room, I took a picture of this sunset. I do love spending my time just watching the sunset go down.

Our teacher came around 5:20 pm and while we were at our seats, they kept joking. And I was really enjoying their jokes they just made at that moment. They were so creative that they could make up jokes for a few seconds. We were laughing when our teacher came and the whole class was suddenly quiet.

I am satisfied with my answer, and I think that I could pass the exam on this prelim in our p.e. In God's Grace🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 and all of my subject.

As I arrived at our house, after I ate I then did right away my artwork activity. I practice shading and I already had a 5 scratch of 1/8 cardboard it cost 10 peso each. It's my first time to do it, so I tell myself that it would take time since I'm not used to it. I did find it really hard to mix the colors but I believe in myself that I could do it and I didn't stop until I got the right color for my artwork.

While I'm doing my artwork, I also studied for our examination in Physiology and I think uts the most tiring subject for me since we had to study a lot of pictures and we have to memorize every detail and our coverage has a 3 ppt. But I encourage myself that I could do it just like in my first year. It's already 12:00 in the midnight when I'm done practicing on how to properly mix the color. And I'm not done yet, I can't sleep since I have an exam tomorrow so I should study.

These are my materials, this acrylic paint that I bought and this water color that i found on our house and I just use the palette where I would mix the colors easily.

This is what my situation looks like, it looks messy but this is the reality of how I practice to paint. I'm proud of myself for not giving up even though I was tired, I keep pushing to really get the color that I want.
