Being a Chinese myself, after read this post, I myself learn a lot. It is a shame I am more of coffee drinker than tea. But if we are at Chinese restaurant, I will go for oolong or pu'er tea. My father-in-law one tea set which I had not started using. Alright, gotto use it, he said tea has lots of health benefits. I love your post! 😍
