Netflix Acquires Warner Bros

Good day, everyone. Welcome to my blog. It has been an eventful day, as the latest news trending in the entertainment industry is that Netflix has acquired Warner Bros. ' streaming unit for approximately $ 72 million. This news is a shock to me as I was not expecting Warner Bros to be sold and hadn't even thought that it would be a possibility for it to happen, considering how Warner Bros is big in the entertainment industry and has been in existence before Netflix started airing on different devices around the world.

This new change in ownership has raised a lot of questions, and one in particular is what I want to share my thoughts about today. The question is, since Netflix has acquired Warner Bros, what will happen to the DCU that just got a reboot under James Gunn, as he is the co-director of the DCU studios? Warner Bros brought James Gunn into the studio as the plan was to save the DCU which had been on a rough patch for years as the fans had not been pleased with the recent projects of the DCEU and things got more intense when James Gunn decided to reboot the DCU studios and disband some of the popular actors in the DCU.

It sparked outrage as many fans wanted the completion of Zack Snyder's Justice League trilogy, but since James Gunn took over the project was disbanded. Now that Netflix is taking over Warner Bros studio, fans are wondering if the Zack Snyder Justice League trilogy will be completed, as Zack is one of Netflix's favourite directors and has had a couple of movies that collaborated with Netflix. It is only fair that Netflix wants to approve the budget for one of their favourite directors to complete the Justice League trilogy, but even with how it sounds pleasing to the ear, that will not happen as the new DCU studios are already at work and already have a long-term plan that has been shared with the fans.

Netflix going to sabotage those plans will only make the company lose more money, which I doubt Netflix is going to let happen just to bring back a project from the past. There will be changes in the Warner Bros studio, and one of them will be that movies that people will like to go to the cinema to watch will be streamed on Netflix, except that Netflix will continue to allow movies to be played in cinema, like the way Warner Bros has been doing for a long time now. I am looking forward to seeing the new development within Netflix as they have acquired Warner Bros.

It is the start of a new era for the coming, and hopefully, it brings in a new era in the entertainment industry. There will be more details to follow Netflix and Warner Bros and there have been different takes on this new development from fans. 72 million dollars is a lot of money, and I am sure Netflix will map out a plan to expand the new industry.
