Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. The Euros 2024 has kicked off, and we have seen some interesting matches and promising youngsters take the stage and perform incredibly for their nations. The Euros is an incredible competition, and I am interested to see how this year's edition will end and who will be crowned Champions Of Europe. One of the players that struck my attention during these euros has to be the 16-year-old Lamine Yamal. The Barcelona winger has caused a lot of attention from rival fans, and there is no doubt anymore about his talent with the ball.

Lamine Yamal is a player that I have been following since his days in La Masia. I remembered it quite well in one video that I watched of Lamine Yamal in the comment section. A user said that the world is not ready for Lamine Yamal and I ignore the comments because I doubt he will even be that good in the first team, but still, I follow the youngster because I love his style of play and how he takes on a player in a 1v1 situation which is rear to see these days in football.

The youngster eventually got called up to the first team towards the end of the 2021/2022 season in La Liga. The youngster did not get much playing time, but he was already showing good qualities on the field. The just concluded season was a great season for Lamine Yamal, and he had a huge impact on the Barcelona squad at the attacking front. Lamine was already getting a lot of hype from Barcelona fans, but I still did not want to give him that hype yet because of how Ansu Fati was given that much attention and in the end started to decline all due to injuries he faced in the 2021 season.

Lamine Yamal has proven that he has what it takes to be one of the big names in football in the future. At just the age of sixteen, Lamine Yamal is already starting for the Spain national team in the Euros, which is already insane for a player of his age. Lamine Yamal is already leading the race to win the Golden Boy Award this year and I don't see anyone else winning that award except for Lamine because he deserved it more than any contender on the list.

Lamine Yamal is just a few matches away from entering that Ballon d'Or chat list, everything just depends on how Spain goes far in this Euros competition this year, and if they win the Euros Lamine Yamal's name will probably be on the top 20 list for the Ballon d'Or this year. Looking forward to seeing how Lamine Yamal and Spain advance in the Euros. There are already a lot of eyes on the youngster and I just hope Spain delivers in this competition.
