Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. So today, I will be taking a look at two potential exits from FC Barcelona this summer window. Marc Casado is not new to the exit list as there has been a new development surrounding the Spanish player, and then there is Hector Fort, who is on the list to leave the club this summer. There have been departures from Barcelona this summer as Ansu Fati left the club on loan to Monaco, Inigo Martinez terminated his contract with the club to join Al Nassr and the permanent sale of Pablo Torre to Mallorca.

Hector Fort's exit is looking more likely day by day as there is interest from Premier League clubs for the young player. It has been reported that Barcelona doesn't have plans to give Hector Fort a first-team number, which should be the case this season, as the youngest is already a La Masia graduate and shouldn't be wearing a second-team number. Last season there is no basis to give on Hector Fort performance, because for starters he was barely used by Hansi Flick and I can remember vividly well when he walked off the pitch angry after the match because he didn't get minutes.

Hansi Flick tried to explain the situation to Hector Fort, but he did not have it that evening. I will say Hector Fort is a solid player and can do well if he gets more playing time on the pitch. Also, he needs to work on his defensive ability to add to his quality. Jules Kounde was naturally not a right-back but was converted into that position which he has excelled in for the past three seasons. The plan is already clear from FC Barcelona and Hansi Flick as Eric Garcia will now be the direct replacement for Jules Kounde in the right-back position. This is good because Eric Garcia showed he is more capable of handling that position without Kounde.

Now let's go to Marc Casado, who will likely leave the club this summer. According to multiple reports, Barcelona are ready to listen to offers for Marc Casado and will let him leave if he requests to exit the club. If he chooses not to leave, then the club can do nothing about it, but they have informed him that he won't be getting many minutes this summer. In my opinion, Marc Casado was crucial for Barcelona last season when Frenkie De Jong was out due to injury, which made him lose his form for a time.

The club needs to take into consideration Casado's performance last season because I know he can perform more under Hansi Flick. Marc Bernal, whom the club is banking on to blend into the team quickly after being out for over a year, is not the right step to take as it stands. Marc Casado can go on and if, in time, Marc Bernal starts playing and performing well, then the club can decide to let Casado leave permanently. There is still a lot of discussion happening on the Marc Casado case, and Deco, the club's sporting director, doesn't want to sell Casado, so let's see what happens in the coming days in this situation. This is where I stop for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
