Hansi Flick Signs New Contract With Fc Barcelona Till 2027
Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. So today, FC Barcelona and Hansi Flick made the extension that has been echoing for months now official as both parties put their pen to paper to sign the deal. There is nothing I haven't said about Hansi Flick since he arrived at the club in the summer of last year. Everything I have said about Hansi Flick has been positive, and I haven't found any problem with the German coach so far this season. If anything, he accomplished a lot in his first season as FC Barcelona manager.
Hansi Flick came over and took a struggling team that was in reform under Xavi and turned it into an incredible team this season. In respective of how things went down during Xavi final days as FC Barcelona manager I will still say he deserves credit because he was the one that kicked started this Barcelona team that we got this season, because if he had not given Lamine Yamal, Fermin Lopez into the first team I doubt we would have known how good this youngsters are with the ball.
Once again, Xavi deserves the credit for how far this team has gone this season, and hopefully, someday, he will return as FC Barcelona manager. On the subject of the manager, let's go back to the current manager of the club, Hansi Flick. The German manager has agreed to sign a new deal with Barcelona for one more year. Hansi Flick has said he doesn't like long-term contracts, which is why he wants to take it step by step and prove he deserves a contract extension by the end of the season. It is understandable from Hansi Flick's point because I see he doesn't want to feel comfortable, but work harder to deliver for the club.
Hansi Flick will be involved in the signing of players in the summer window alongside Deco, as the German coach has said he knows the player he wants, plus he and Deco will have a discussion about the players he wants to add to the team. One thing about Hansi Flick is that if he wants a player, the club has to get that player at all costs, which is why Deco has to be tight on getting deals done this summer. There are already names rumoured around that Barcelona will be targeting in the summer transfer window, and one of those names that has been mentioned a lot is Luiz Diaz.
The Colombian international is one of the favourites on Deco's list, and there is a rumour that the asking price could be around 80 million euros, but nothing is confirmed yet as we wait till the summer window officially kicks off. Every Barcelona fan would be happy that Hansi Flick has extended his contract with the club and is hoping the boys can replicate what they did this season in the next one and push for the Champions League. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
