Frustration and Controversy: Barcelona's Defeat, Referee Decisions, and the Road Ahead

Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. Last night, FC Barcelona suffered their first defeat away from home against Osasuna, which was the first defeat for Hansi Flick in Laliga Santander as FC Barcelona's manager I didn't expect Barcelona to lose that way last night, and secondly, Barcelona's defeat was always caused by the inconsistency of the La Liga referees in the league, which is 100% true because the evidence is out there to prove this statement.

They are not hiding anymore that Laliga is in the Real Madrid league because every time, the referee's decisions always favor Real Madrid. There is even an ongoing trend on TikTok and X on Real Madrid getting penalties; even Zenit and Napoli are using the soundtrack to mock the referees, giving Real Madrid penalties in their videos. Barcelona's defeat yesterday was also the fault of Hansi Flick, who missed the calculated head of the game against Osasuna.

Hansi Flick made a massive rotation in the starting lineup, which saw Balde, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, and Inigo Martinez all on the bench for the match. Understandably, these players need rest, and we can't deny the fact that these players have been key to the wins each matchday since the league began. If anyone should be rested, it should have been Lamine Yamal, but last night's game proved that the 17-year-old is a vital part of the squad as he offers more offensive attacks against the opposition defense.

When Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, and Balde came into the match in the second half there were a lot of changes in the attack and Lamine Yamal scored an incredible goal in the second half, he even won a clear penalty, but the VAR and referee decided not to review the foul, but the VAR can give Real Madrid penalty outside the box and let Endrick off the hook with a yellow card when he kicked an opposition player in the balls and later one the headlines will be screaming Negreira case if Barcelona is doing well wow this league is such a joke and I am frustrated by what is happening each matchday.

Pedri was frustrated last night as I could see he hit the ground with his hands when the foul on Lamine Yamal in the box was not given. Barcelona is still four points away from Real Madrid, and that gap could be reduced to three or one depending on the outcome of Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid. Tonight, I just hope Atletico keeps a draw against Real Madrid in the Metropolitano stadium.

FC Barcelona will continue their Champions League campaign this Tuesday as they face Young Boys at home. It is an important game and I hope Barcelona gets the three points this week. It going to be interesting to see how Hansi Flick makes his lineup and I am hoping Ansu Fati could get a start this week because he was supposed to come in last night but the coaching team made a change quickly as a result of one of the Barcelona defenders picking up crap in the late minutes, hopefully, Ansu gets a start this week in the UCL.

So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good week ahead.
