FC Barcelona Transfer Update
Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. Preseason has kicked off for some clubs, while some are still preparing for their preseason tour, and one of those clubs is FC Barcelona. Hansi Flick has begun his coaching era at the club and with some of the latest videos released from the club's page it looks like Flick has drilled the players and in return, the players are giving their 100% to show Hansi Flick they are ready to play for him when the season starts, but they can only wait because their chance will come in the preseason tour happening in the US.
The transfer market was active, and the biggest transfer that has happened this summer is Mbappe's move to Real Madrid. Perez is the definition of a top-notch business who knows what he wants and goes for it no matter the situation and, in the end, gets a positive result. Real Madrid rival Barcelona is yet to make a signing in the transfer window this summer, but from reports by Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona is advancing in talks with Nico Williams' camp and is close to finalizing an agreement with Nico Williams' camp.
Fabrizio Romano also stated that Barcelona is trying to hurry up negotiations with Athletic Club because there is interest from Premier League clubs on signing Nico Williams this summer I am hoping this deal speeds up, and Barcelona can do the necessary things needed to get Nico Williams this summer. I wrote earlier this month in one of my posts that I didn't fancy the signing of Nico Williams when the rumors of the player being linked to Barcelona but the Euros2024 changed my mind since Nico Williams had a major impact on Spain's Euro glory.
Deco, Hansi Flick, and President Laporta appreciate Nico Williams and will see that Nico arrives this summer at the club. FC Barcelona is also pushing to sign Dani Olmo this summer, and there are rumors that Barcelona is ready to pay the 60 million euros release clause for Dani Olmo Deco has been the one pushing for this signing to happen since the transfer window began and although there is not news on what Hansi Flick thinks about this signing it just seems to only be what Deco wants for the club.
Dani Olmo is a fantastic player but I really don't see why he should be a priority when the squad desperately needs a DM on the subject of DM it seems Barcelona may not sign a DM this summer as Hansi Flick wants to keep Romeu next season at the club. It is still a shock to me that Flick wants to keep Romeu because last season, that guy was horrible on the pitch, anyways it's Flick's decision, and I hope he is not wrong. Joao's signing saga seems to be on the low because there has not been any news about Barcelona signing them this summer. It could be that Hansi Flick is not interested in bringing them this summer or both Atletico Madrid and Manchester City are making it difficult to conclude with Barcelona.
