Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. Matchday 2 of the Uefa Champions League kicked off this evening around 8 pm in my time which would be different from other people's time around the world. There were a lot of interesting matches, especially the hot game of the evening between Arsenal vs PSG. It was not a good day for Luis Enrique and the PSG boys as they lost 2-0 to the Gunners away from home.

Dembele was missing from the squad list as reported by various media outlets that he had an argument with Luis Enrique which resulted in the Frenchman getting suspended as a disciplinary action from the manager, and the club also confirmed it and gave their full support to the Luis Enrique decision. Nothing interesting going on at the French club since Mbappe left and I think most people except their fans pay attention to the club this season.

FC Barcelona also continue their UCL campaign today at home against Young Boys. This night's match was Barcelona's second game in the new UCL campaign season and they made sure to grab a solid win at home against Young Boys. Barcelona defeated Young Boys by five goals to nothing as they cruised away with the three points. It was the perfect response to their first defeat in the UCL and their loss last weekend in the league fixture against Osasuna.

Lewandoski scored a brace, Raphinha scored a goal and Inigo Martinez got his first goal as a Barcelona player with an assist. I was not worried about the game today as I expected it would be a smooth ride with Hansi Flick and the team. There was no rotation in the starting lineup as Flick selected his main 11-man squad for the match. Barcelona completely dominated the game and gave Young Boys a tough time on the pitch.

Pedri is an astonishing player to watch every time. The way he is composed with the ball and delivers breaking passes is just incredible, and honestly, for me, Pedri offers way more quality on the pitch than Bellingham, because Pedri always gets himself involved in the match even if he is not scoring goals, but the level of quality he offers in that midfield is just top notch and if we are going by facts Pedri is better than Bellingham and this is just fact, sure there will be a lot of disagreement with this my statement, but you can't deny the fact that Pedri offers more than Bellingham on the pitch.

FC Barcelona did incredibly well and all the players deserve credit for the victory. Frenkie De Jong and Ansu Fati got minutes today, which is good to see, and little by little, they will be 100% and integrate well with the team. FC Barcelona's next UCL match will be on the 23rd of this month at home against Bayern Munich. It is going to be a tough match, and I am eager to see how it will play out on the 23rd, so I am looking forward to the game and hope Barcelona will finally be able to beat Bayern Munich this time.

So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good evening.
