Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. This Sunday is going to be a super one as the Spanish Super Cup will come to an end when FC Barcelona will go head to head against Real Madrid for the Super Cup title in Saudi Arabia. The rivalry between these two clubs has been long, even before many of us were born, and it is not just only on the pitch but also about politics. Real Madrid beat Mallorca 3-0 to go through the Super Cup finals with an incredible performance from Jude Bellingham and the rest of the Real Madrid squad, there were even some intense moments between Real Madrid players and Mallorca players during and after the match.

Mallorca did their best but it was not enough to send the Galacticos out of the Super Cup competition. It is going to be an epic showdown this Sunday as Barcelona will be hoping to win their first title this season and Real Madrid will be looking to give a payback on what went down at the Bernabeu last year. FC Barcelona has started the year well with two wins and is hoping to keep this record going this Sunday, but I can't help but worry that the team is not yet back to the form it was at the beginning of the season.

The match against Athletic Club on Wednesday showed that Barcelona still has a lot of work to do in the defense area and also take their chances in front of the goal which is something Real Madrid will do by giving the slightest piece chance and this is what Hansi Flick and the boys need to work on to make it difficult for Real Madrid to get any little chance in front goal. Real Madrid will be more careful this time when they face Barcelona as breaking their highline will be a priority for the Galacticos since they failed to achieve that at the Bernabeu last year.

Lewandoski has been off form lately, but I need Lewandoski, who played in the Bernabeu last year, to turn up tomorrow against Real Madrid. The Polish striker has to stop messing up his chances and treat everyone provided by his teammate as his last because this is Madrid, and if the attack fails to take their chances, they will come back to haunt the team, which I am sure is off without a doubt. Raphinha and Lewandoski have been at their best tomorrow; as for Lamine Yamal, he will turn up as usual because he is a gem and knows how to spark a big moment when it's least expected from youngsters.

Szczesny should start tomorrow's match because he has been solid for the past two matches he has been at the goalpost. Inaki Pena did give a good performance against Real Madrid, but I think Szczesny should win this game. It all depends on Hansi Flick to make the right decision and I know he will do it, so we just have to wait and see how it goes down on Sunday night. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
