Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge - Playing in the Wild Format
To celebrate the release of Conclave Arcana, the Splinterlands team is encouraging players to play in the Wild Format. Normally players will have to purchase Wild Pass for each season to play in the Wild Format. This season, it's free to play in the Wild Format.
Wild vs Modern Format
In the Wild Format, players can use all cards from every Splinterlands set. These are Alpha, Beta, Untamed, Dice, Chaos Legion, Rebellion, Conclave Arcana including all reward and promo cards. Players can only use cards they own, rented or delegated to them. Starter cards are not allowed in the Wild Format. In Modern Format, only Rebellion and Conclave Arcana cards are allowed.
My Battles
I played some battles in the Wild Format using my reward and gladiator cards. These are some of my battles using my favorite teams.

In the first battle, the mana is 48 and I used the green team composed of:
Terraceous Hulk a strong legendary tank. I wrote a post about him last week.
Quora an epic gladiator card capable of magic and melee attack. She has healing and bloodlust.
Halaran Huntress a flying melee monster that can attack from anywhere due to her charge skill.
Clockwork Aide gives the team additional speed. It has no attack but will be given a ranged attack by Ava.
Ava the Undaunted has three ranged damage and has weapons training skill.
Thane Newsong gives the team +1 melee damage. He has no attack but will also be given by Ava.
Round 1 Both of us lost one unit each.
Round 2 My team killed the opponent's Xulax Nightwind, a legendary gladiator card.
Round 3 My team killed the opponent's rat but activated its martyr skill. His Nightreaper got stronger. He also killed my Hulk.
Round 4 It's Nightreaper vs Quora. Quora's healing helped her and she killed Nightreaper and triggered her bloodlust skill.
Round 5 My enemy's Cursed Windeku was killed.
Round 6 His last unit was killed and battle was over.

In the next battle, it has lower mana so I used Katrelba Gobson instead of Quora. My team is composed of:
Terraceous Grunt a tank not as strong as Hulk but he has lower mana and high health. He is an optional tank for low mana battles.
Katrelba Gobson a strong common card that has 2 melee. She can attack from behind with sneak skill. She can also attack twice with double strike.
Ava the Undaunted is a strong ranged attacker with 3 damage.
Round 1 Katrelba killed one unit and triggered her bloodlust skill.
Round 2 Katrelba killed another unit and triggered her bloodlust skill again. Ava also made a kill with the Hill Giant.
Round 3 Grunt killed the Morphoid but was also killed. Meanwhile, another unit was killed by Katrelba.
Round 4 Last unit killed by Katrelba and battle was won. It was almost a one man show by Katrelba Gobson.

This battle is for 26 mana. I had the water team composed of:
Giant Alpine Skink a good tank with 3 damage, 2 armor, 6 health and 3 speed. It has shield skill to reduce enemy attacks.
Riverboat Captain has 2 magic damage and blast skill.
Mar Toren Trader It does 2 range damage for only 3 mana.
Ujurak Elder another unit with 3 mana. She can do 1 magic attack.
My opponent made a mistake with the tank and second tank. They should switch sides with the one with reach skill in position 2.
Round 1 No units killed but his units get more damaged because all my units are attacking while he only has one unit fighting.
Round 2 First enemy unit killed.
Round 3 No unit killed but his tank is strong and getting healed.
Round 4 My dinosaur was killed. The enemy tank keeps getting healed but his healer was killed by blast.
Round 5 My team killed his last unit and the battle was won.
Fighting in the Wild Format made me advance two times because I started Wood and advanced to Bronze II. I earned some chests and got new cards.
