Wednesday walk : Walking in the Cangehgar field

Greetings everyone. How are you dear friends?. Thank you Wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. Walking is one of the light sport and has many benefits. Every time I go out of town and have time, I take the time to walk. Like what I did in the city of Palabuhanratu, West Java.

This time walking while exercising in the Cangehgar field of Palabuhanratu city as the capital of Sukabumi District. This field is usually used for important day ceremonies by the government, sicio-cultural activities and other activities.

And one of the open spaces for the public, behind the Cangehgar field, part of the green open space, there are gazebo building facilities for sitting, a Playground with lots of shade trees. And behind it again there is a protected forest to maintain the ecosystem and as a natural water reservoir.

Cangehgar field, the location is on jalan Jajaway, Palabuhanratu city. The plants around Cangehgar field are shade plants, considering the hot temperature in this area. Cangehgar field is about 60 kilometers from where I live in Sukabumi city. At that time, I had business in Palabuhanratu city.

At the edge of the field, there is a walking area surrounding the field. I tried walking the field, I tried walking on the first lap and saw a monument topped with an ornament in the form of a kujang. Kujang monument as a symbol of the ancestral heritage of the Sundanese people.

The morning atmosphere at Cangehgar field was cloudy and had just been drenched by rain. Five laps of walking around Cangehgar field was deemed sufficient. Then I left the field to continue with other activities.
