Visit to the Geology Museum of Bandung City

How are you all friends, hope for good news. This is my first time joining the Museum Community. A few week ago, I visited the geology museum located on Diponegoro street number 57, Bandung City, West Java Province.
The geology museum occupies an old building built by the Dutch East Indies government in 1929 and the art deco architectural style used and one of the buildings with a backward placement. The geology museum building was built with two floors.
Visitor who Will enter the museum pay a ticket of 3000,- IDR or ($0,18), ticket for student 2000,-IDR or ($0,12) and ticket for foreign tourist 10.000,- IDR or ($0,61). I tried to enter the main door, the first floor consists of the main room where ancient animal skeletons are displayed. The Bandung City Geology Museum is visited by many students and the general public.
Then there is a west wing room, an east wing room. The first floor of the geology museum presents information such as the major island in Indonesia and their geological condition.
Presentation of indonesia the history of active volcanoes on the archipelago,theories about the information of the earth, the development living creatures, ancient human skulls in Indonesia and culture.
The geology museum on the second floor presents information such as the oldest oil and natural gas in Indonesia, mineral and metal, geological disaster mitigation. Information about the Bandung basin,flora and fauna in the bandung basin.
Visit the geology museum as an educational tour and provide a lot of information about earth science such as, mineral roks, fossils and celestial bodies. Other information presents natural resources, petroleum, natural gas.
The geology museum presents historical life, ancient human skull fossils, ancient elephant fossils, dinosaur replicas, Museum are keepers of history.

Geology museums are probably one of my favorite types of museums. I guess I'm just a nerd for old bones and fossils, haha. I also find interest on how mother earth use to be and is still in some aspects. Thanks for sharing and good to see you in the community.
