Gambas Plant

Greetings everyone
Thank you agricultural mindset by @mattsanthonyit as manager. This time I cultivation gambas or oyong plant in former rice fields. The Gambas plants are currently 30 days old.

I planted Gambas or oyong using seeds, gambas plants are climbing plants. Bamboo splits are used to hold the stems and leaves so they don't fall. Gambas plants can be harvested around 40 days old and can be harvested many Times.

Gambas or oyong plant, require a lot of sunlight and gambas plants are easy to grow, especially in tropical area like indonesia. Gambas or oyong can be used to make vegetables soup or stir-fry.

Gambas contains a lot of vitamin, fiber and can be used for digestive health. I utilize land that is not planted with rice, but planted with gambas vegetables for my own consumption.
