Jason is very stressed as his project dateline is coming real soon and yet at the last juncture, he was informed by his engineer that the whole experiment did not go as planned. And the reason for the experiment failing was due to his poor decision making and insisted on using his own perceived theory to implement a mechanism for this mechanism. However, during the early discussions on the project, there were a number of members suggested another mechanism. But Jason was really stubborn and rejected everyone's proposal and went ahead with the wrong mechanism.

Now that time is running out, he called the team for a meeting to discuss if there is still a slim chance to catch up and do the experiment on the other mechanism. After hours of discussion, they manage to come up with the whole procedure and started working on things. With the teamwork and dedication from each team member, they manage to deliver the result right on time.

And this is a lesson for Jason to be open to listen than to always assume his way is the only way.
