When people are out to no good, it makes the workplace a place where the most toxic behaviours go on show in full blown. There are many people whom actually are masters of gas lighting. Many a times, they will be nice to you and build relationship with you to earn your trust. But little do you know that all these gestures have a deeper agenda than what you've imagined?

These are people who love to manipulate relationships and facts. And many a times, these are people who set the fire and caused loads of trouble everywhere, but while they do so, they will manipulate you, gaslight you and make you think you are the culprit that caused it all. We need to be mindful of such individuals in the workplace and need to be aware of the kind of ugly things that they will do to get their way. Be aware, always document your work and also document communications so that they can be your proof when in doubt. Do not let these people have their way, be vigilant and stay away from them.
