A serial killer was out at large and at a specific instance when caught on television, he shouted and challenged the police, "Come and prosecute me. I am waiting."

His taunt did not sit well with the police officer in charge of his case. That taunt burned the passion within the police officer to want to nab that serial killer. It is very tough as this serial killer is super elusive and it is hard to gather his tracks as he did not have a specific pattern of committing his crime. The police officer gathered his team to the meeting room to discuss their next course of action.

And then something struck the police officer's mind, it seemed like this killer like a very showy way of killing and the killer does like to challenge authority. So with this in mind, they want to play to this mentality that the killer have and lure him out.

Will the police stand a chance or again the serial killer will prove too much for them to handle?
