In a workplace, while there are always high profile promotions that somehow predictable due to the way they present themselves and how even supervisors try to showcase them so that they gain community support, there are other individuals whom probably deserve that promotion instead because it is well known that these are people whom know all the ground work and the true person to go to if ever there things go wrong.

They are often the pillar in the workplace and work the hardest amongst all. But somehow these are the people that are always under-appreciated and promotion somehow always skipped past them. And the worst is, leaders only realize that when these people gave up in the company and decide to leave.

And this is why, leaders should also be always on the ground to know who are your abled generals, give them the recognition and do not miss out on their promotion. Give them timely recognition and consistently be in communication with them and help them to grow instead of those whom put up a fake front.
