Pamela is representing her university for the upcoming intervarsity track and field meet. She is a sprinter and had been working hard for many years to improve her speed and explosiveness. This time round, she is working with a new coach whom is known for helping athletes outdo themselves and breaking new ground.

She underwent various training under this new coach. Many of the training methods that she is exposed to under this new coach is new to her. There were many power trainings that she underwent, many of which were targeted at getting her to unleash additional physical energy when she needed that extra boost to push herself to finish the race.

And after 2 months of training, the day for the track and field meet finally arrived. As the race started, she took big strides and charge towards the finish line. And with the finish line within sight, indeed she was able to unleash the physical energy that she trained for and push herself ahead of her competitors and run across the finish line, breaking her previous record and also the games record.
