Many of us whom have been working for year might have felt like everyday is a daily grind and that there is somehow no career progression. It could have been a resultant of us trying to keep safe and just taking a low risk path in terms of our career. And with that low risk path, we end up moving in cycles, while hoping there is a miracle to cross our path.

Unfortunately, the way to go is to live out of the ordinary. By adopting safe approaches can be a great way to sustain but that's where it will be at, just sustaining. To get out of toxic working environment or to seek new opportunities, we need to act. Sometimes all we need is to muster that courage and request for a change in department to embark on new challenges or just take the leap of faith and seek for opportunities elsewhere. Stop deliberating unless all you want is to sustain. Start acting and get a hold on what you wish to achieve.
