While it did look like just a mistake in terms of putting the wrong figure in the sums of which what is to be ordered for the upcoming production, Jason actually key in a very gross error into the purchase order which is going to cost the company millions of losses.

Jason is really worried and quickly went to his supervisor to own up for his mistakes. His supervisor already aware of what he raised quickly told him the severity that can snowball because of this wrong order and also the involved warehouse cost and wastage on expired raw materials. If it were to go through, he will not know how to measure this losses which could also make their company go bankrupt. But thankfully, because of the huge amount transacted, there was a system guard to prevent the purchase order from directly going to the supplier and flagged this to Jason's supervisor whom quickly cancelled that order and avoided a catastrophic errored order.
