Sometimes in the workplace, I really felt like someone standing lonely in a crowd. I often question myself, did my values failed me and caused me to think and act differently.

Everyone seemed to be a "Yes" man while I try to do the right thing. And because of that, people think I am the odd ball character that tries to be funny.

What have our work environment become now? I am really puzzled. Aren't our job to help the company to de-risk issues than to succumb to a leader's hunger for power by doing some under table actions?

I question myself daily. But it does look like I am alone in this? The struggle between the wrongfully yes versus the rightfully no. I like what I do, but this uphill battle against the world is taking a toil on my mental and physical wellbeing.

Should I stay or should I go?
