To work and like the place you work at, it is not just the infrastructure or the prospect of the company. The biggest factor that glues people to their job is actually their supervisors and their peers. The reason is simple, because the bulk of the time that you spend in your office, these are the people that are surrounding you and they form the work culture in your team.

A strong and cohesive team brings engagement and additional morale to an individual to stay on. But on the contrary, when we see people leaving companies, the main reason typically comes from poor supervisor who lacks sensitivity or toxic colleagues though many would just write it off with other surface reasons to mask their true frustration that lead them to leaving the company.

To colleagues, be nice and work together as a team than trying to vie for personal glory. To supervisors, listen and understand before jumping to conclusions. Every bit of understanding and team effort goes a long way.
