Since morning when he arrived in office, Joseph have been coughing a lot and the frequency increased as the day passed. His supervisor David was a little concerned as Joseph came in without wearing a mask and when coughs, he can sense that Joseph had quite a bit of phlegm in his respiratory tract. In order to prevent a widespread of the virus in the office, David passed Joseph a disposable mask and quickly asked him to pack up and go home. He explained his rationale to Joseph that he is concern that his continuous cough will infect the others working in the same cubicle as him and might even cause an outbreak in the office.

Joseph apologized and quickly gathered his belongings then headed home to rest. In the evening Joseph went to see a doctor and was given 2 days of sick leave. Thankfully, David did the right thing to ask Joseph to go home, else more people will fall sick.
