My mum is a good baker and she picked up baking through learning off recipes through the YouTube and then making some minor tweaks to her own liking. She knew that I love pie, so she decided to bake one for me.

She went out early to get the ingredients and spend the most of the day working on the pie. She had magic fingers and manage to make one out of the recipe she had just viewed.

When I arrived home, the aroma of the pie made me crave for it. And when it was finally ready and my mum took it out from the oven, I was ready at the dining table to have a first bite of it. The first bite of it was just so good and totally made my day.
