Linda received an email from her supervisor, it was a complain from an external organisation on one of her subordinates. There was case of poor follow up leading to multiple inconvenience caused to the external organisation and this lead to dire consequence. This organisation no longer wants to partner with their company and this will result in a severe lack of sponsorship coming from them. And with the lack of sponsorship, operations cost will be hard to bear.

She summoned her subordinate Tim into the room and reprimanded him. "I gave you such an important client and you've promised to manage them carefully. Why were there so many complains? Do you know what damage have you done to the company?"

Tim replied, "I am really sorry for the blunder and would like to make amends. Please give me a chance."

Linda cooled down and told him sternly, "Please go and try to restore the partnership with that organization and I don't want criticism about you to appear in my mail box again."
