Sometimes, one do not need to long to have the "I don't belong here" feeling after joining a new company. While many a times, we do hope that we land our dream job but being a correct fit will ensure longevity in the company. The fitting of our values and how we do things is equally important when we slowly interact and get used to the next job.

Do not try to change things are these values are rather fortified and will be extremely difficult to even try. I know of many whom know they do not fit but brute force try to stay on and develop career. Not that this is wrong, many people adapt differently and where some could just compromised and endured on. However, while this is of no big concern, it cripples the individual and will not allow that individual to reach his or her fullest potential.

Stop the pain and move to the right place or endure and compromise just to get by. It's your career and your choice.
