One of the biggest headache that one can experience working in a multinational company is the poorly defined scope of work and who is responsible for the work.

This poorly defined work tend to become no productive, morale issues or even friction during execution. And I can witness it from a day to day basis which is really not good.

What needs to be done is that when a new piece of work is being assigned, we need to define it properly. Roles needs to be clear so that the right person will be working on it. The required date is also needed to be defined clearly so that there will be no ambiguity of the dateline.

It might not take a long time to do this, but often this is neglected. Spend a little time and we can save alot more unnecessary in the future.
