The sweltering heat slowly and subtly changed towards something cooler. No long did it felt sweaty when John takes a walk from school back to house. For the past three months, after about two hundred metres of walking, sweat still start to form on John's back and then start dripping down, making it very unbearable for him.

Today felt so much better as John no longer felt sweaty, it is a sign of seasonal change from summer to autumn. And it is evident as well when leaves on temperate vegetation started their browning process. John's favourite season is autumn as it is a time where he can enjoy the cooling air without the full chill that is usually experienced only during winter. And when John checked his calendar and saw that Autumn Equinox is today which marks the start of a new season.
