I don't enjoy doing the shopping.
Hello to all the friends of this community.
After a long time, I want to try publishing my diary entries. It's always challenging for me to do this because, unfortunately, I'm a lazy person, and many times when I go out, I completely forget to take photos of the places I see and what I do. However, fortunately, I remembered to do it yesterday, so I want to share yesterday's diary with you.
After working on the computer for about an hour, as I do more or less every morning, I always prefer to work in the morning because I feel fresher. Moreover, the temperatures here are reaching 30 degrees, so it's better to avoid working on the computer in the afternoon.
After that, I did some physical activity. Although I am a lazy person, I always try to stay in shape because I believe that physical activity is very important not only for the body but also for the mind. So, I always do exercises with a mat because I follow a YouTube channel where they regularly post workouts to follow. I try to do things that are not too demanding.
Then, I prepared pasta, something I do at least once a week, and I prepared both dinner and lunch that I had to consume. I always try to optimize things in the kitchen, so when I'm about to prepare lunch, I try to prepare dinner for the evening as well, so that everything is ready.

In the afternoon, I went to the market, which is quite large and located about 10 km from my house. I'm sharing the photos I took so you can understand what is actually sold in this supermarket. However, now that I have a new and more powerful phone, I think I will make videos to post, probably on my YouTube channel. I will explore supermarkets in Italy not only to show you what they sell but also to see if I find traditional products from my country and other countries.
Honestly, it's not something I enjoy doing, shopping, but about twice a week I have to do it because there is only a small supermarket near my house that, unfortunately, doesn't have a wide variety of food. I've tried to share some photos where you can see the prices so you can get an idea of the cost of living in Italy. I must say that, unfortunately, due to the inflation that has been affecting us for the past two years, food prices have gone up quite a bit. Except for last month, when there was a slight decrease in prices, this month they have gone up again, especially fruits and vegetables, which are very expensive and there is a limited selection.
After finishing my shopping, I returned home and I'm looking forward to sharing more days of my diary. If I remember, I will also share some local markets, although unfortunately, unlike in Central and South America, where I have seen through various YouTubers I follow, they are very lively, in Italy these markets are fading away a bit, and that's a real shame.
