Thank you for your insight – I fully agree that in the early stages, most fleetsaving methods are still effective. Deployment with unpredictable recalls and not flying at 100% speed definitely increases safety in the mid to late game.

But one thing I’d like to highlight from personal experience: even this method isn’t foolproof. I've seen fleets destroyed by perfectly timed 3-second attacks on the recall. You simply don’t have time to react if someone watches your behavior closely enough and uses a moon phalanx to track you. It’s rare, but it does happen – especially in high-level play.
