FIRST TATTOO I MADE FOR MYSELF WITH MY NEW SET UP!!

Good day lovely members of the great community!! I’m pleased and happy to continue with this great journey of Art in another way which is drawing on skins(Tattoo). Do we have tattoo fans in the house? I really hope so!! As i share forth, a Mickey mouse tattoo i made for myself after getting my setup. Last december!!

It was quite painful as usuall but as an artist I have to get used to the pain before anyone else. So i did this for myself first.

Tools are :- tattoo pen, needle, inks(black,white,red), stencil, pencil and paper to sketch, ointment, headlamp, tissue and, wash.

How it was made?

I started by sketching the art into a paper with my penci, and thats how it all started!

And then i transfered it on my skin with the stencil and i started drawing with the black ink and tattoo pen, at first i had my friend help me stretch the skin a little till i can finish up myself. Have to apply the ointment on the skin surface before placing the needle, just like the old days where letters and notes are being written with feathers and ink, we dip the needle tip in the ink cup and draw on the skin. Sweet painful feeling it is.

The little difference from drawing on papers is too be more careful and go slower to makes sure the ink absorbed into the skin when making any line or shade.

Painted the eyes white and the tongue red and i am done with the tattoo session for myself. More to come from my friends and customers. Can’t wait to share!!

And then i wrapped it up with a care nylon.
