A CONDUCIVE WORK SPACE

Working is fun but...that's if you are working with the right team and on the right project. Well I guess the project will be right if it's with the right team, hehe. In our society today, we keep seeing different ways workers are being treated and most times it's not something to boast of. Maybe employers just lack the right way to treat their workers. Just few hours ago, I was watching a video by @raymondspeaks where he shared an incredible idea relating to this, you might want to check it out.

Most times, employers don't see the need to create a good relationship with their staffs because they are the one on top or Maybe because they just feel it's not necessary. No matter how someone tries to paint it, it's always a brilliant idea to try to be in good terms with as many people as possible especially those who have similar interests as you and those who can make your goals a reality. Having a team comes in handy in so many ways and as a team leader, you need the right strategy to make sure everyone is giving there best.

Ask a team leader or an employer, creating the right environment for your workers determines their work output 70% if not more than

It's the responsibility of a team leader to always try to get the team to be on track because it can get complicated for some of them at some point. No one has it all figured out, if you think you do then you are wrong. Having people who help you get back on the right path every now and then makes working easier and more productive. I've actually seen some cases when some people try to work all alone and they seem to be succeeding but in the end they always confirm that it is best to work with a team (people).

Work becomes easier when you know there are so many people to bring in good ideas to make that perfect one idea that propels everything to the next level. I know that it is so hard to trust people these days but then I think it is what we give to people that we end up getting most of the time if not all the time. Like a man once sang, he said you can't plant yam and expect cassava during harvest, if you plant yam you get yam and if you plant cassava you get cassava.

You can't reap what you didn't sow, except of course you steal it from someone else but still that doesn't mean you can reap what you did not sow. To bring out the best in yourself, you do need people both the good and the bad people of course because you can't really filter any out. Having them around you helps you understand better who you are and what you are capable of.

Always seek for a way to build a team and try as much as you can to stick with them when you see how much you have to offer them and how much they help bring out the best of you. It's always better to make more friends than enemies and that is why someone said "keep your friends close and your enemies closer". When you are surrounded by people who love and hate you it helps you get the right balance of who you are.

It's only when you know who you are you can give your best into anything you choose to do but then if you are not sure of who you are, it will be so easy to toss you about and that won't bring out the best in you especially in your work environment. Always have people (team) you that cheers you up and brings out the best in you. That way you get to do well in literally everything you set your mind to do.

I actually put all of these things together after going through Mr Ray's post and it has helped me see a different side of how things should work in helping both worker and employers do well. Don't hesitate to leave your thoughts and comments if you have any 🥰.
