SHOPPING FOR A BAG? LET’S FIND OUT!

Today is the 30th day of August, 2025. Exactly 5 days ago was my birthday and someone thought it nice for me to go on shopping for a birthday present. I was a bit skeptical about it at first because of all days, I had two classes to attend which wasn’t so normally on that particular day of the week. Anyways, everything kept falling in place and I was able to attend both classes and also get shopping for my birthday present, hehe.

It was a sunny afternoon and I remembered the last time I got a cone ice cream on a day like that some months back. It was always different having a taste of that cone ice cream when the weather is hot.

Just seeing the van alone was enough to draw you there to get one. Except of course you don’t have a sweet tooth.

Well, back to my shopping. At first, I only had it in mind to get a bag for myself as a present but somewhere along the line, I decided to just get a few other things that I could also afford because I don’t get to shop often.

This is a picture of me with one of my most used bags and now, it will have enough time to get some rest since I have a new one, hehe.

When I got to the shop where they sell the bags, I saw the exact bag I wanted but I also saw other ones that looked and felt better than my first choice. The one I had in mind turned out to be too big for the purpose I needed it for and it made me opt for a smaller one but a different design.

I also saw this particular bag which I found really cute but it was more expensive than the other two and it was way above my budget. I just sticked to what I really needed at the moment.

This is the bag I got and I have received a lot of compliments since I started using it. I love how simple, portable, durable and comfortable it is. It’s a bag that I can use for a lot of things and that makes it a better choice than the first one I had in mind. My major reason for going for this bag as a birthday gift for myself was because I needed it for school and also different occasions that I will attend in the future. And besides all of these, I also preferred this bag because it’s black. 🖤
