Keeping Tabs Of My Day To Day Activities
My day started off quite early compared to every other day and it was a new feeling all together because I was excited to continue with my exercises, hehe. I started exercises on the 8 of January 2024. When the year started, I've mentioned in a post that I'd be taking my exercises seriously this year and also rest well and eat well too.
So far so good it has been going quite well but then I'm already feeling like giving up on my exercises because it just keeps getting harder and harder. Right now I can't move my thigh as I'd love to because it hurts so badly, lol. Now I'm either going to give up or keep going so my body can get use to these exercises.
I think at this point the song that comes to mind is the song sang by Sia titled "Unstoppable". Right now, even as I have the thoughts of giving up, it's all the more reason why giving up is just not an option. I'm unstoppable and no matter how hard it may get, I'm willing to just keep pushing myself until my body gets use to these exercises and I can get a good result.
Yesterday I was able to burn exactly 160 calories but today was more, I burnt 196.3 calories. I'm not sure how much I'd be able to burn tomorrow but I'm sure it's going to be more hopefully. I remember how tired I felt after completing the days exercise. I had to rest a little before I could do anything else. After I finished resting, I did some other personal stuffs and I was able to write my first content for the day.
I was having a writer's block so I decided to just rest before I write my post. I rested for an hour and half before waking up and at this time I felt so refreshed and that helped me think a lot better. And now that I'm thinking about it, Mabel's song "It's okay not to be okay" comes to mind. I do know that there will surely come sometimes when my brain won't work as fast as I want it but it's definitely okay not to be okay.
All I have to do is get a good rest and I'm definitely going to feel better after that. I felt refreshed after taking my day's nap and I was able to organize my thought into writing and created my first post for the day. So today is Tuesday in my part of the world and it's a day when I normally go for my Bible study which I did go for and we close about 3 hours ago at the time of creating this post. I went on a walk with my siblings to get a cold zobo drink and it was really refreshing for the evening. So for the last tune for the day, I'm sharing a song by Maverick City and Elevation worship titled "Jireh".
Immediately we got home, I sat down to create my last Post for the day and it's just basically the summary of how my day went and also my participation in the three tunes Tuesday initiatied by @ablaze. I just shared these tunes as they affected my day and I do hope you like them.

I am curious about the exercises you do. What type of exercises do you engage in? Is push ups part of them?
It's a lower body exercise and that's why my thighs are feeling the pressure. No,push ups are not part of it but I think it might be part of it with time when I advance.
